Watchers

Bald eagles have been enjoying the births in this field between Joseph and Enterprise.

Waiting For Summer

Boats at the marina wait for summer to return. I like the lonely orange and yellow one.

Snowshoeing this Morning

Remington runs along the snow sniffing out small treasures as the thin fog creeps along above him.
Tiny sliver of the moon above Bonneville Mountain.

Ice Fishing and Tracks in the Snow

I took the dogs for their morning jaunt above the Park and as we came down toward the lake, I saw these 3 guys out ice fishing. They remind me of the movie "Grumpy Old Men", without the fist fighting and ice shacks.

Common track in the snow!

Vegas looks like a little predator.

Light & Shadow

My foot prints in the snow made interesting shadows.

I enjoyed the way the light from the porch bathed the huge tree in a bright glow. An owl lives somewhere in the Park and likes to call out after the sun sets. It's so quiet during the winter season when there are no campers, and all I can hear is the water in the river bed and the owl softly hooting.
