Wind Storm and Power Outage

High winds caused a few problems in Joseph.
Power was restored to the city fairly quickly after it
went out on Tuesday morning. However it wasn't restored
at the south end of the lake until 1:30 am Wednesday morning.

With restored power came a fresh layer of snow!
